Each week, we’ll have a different activity challenge. Complete the challenge and submit your results and you’ll score the points for that week, plus any bonus points you’ve earned. The more challenges you compete, the better your chances of scoring a prize!
The Details:
Complete the challenge between Monday and Sunday, for example, week 1 is Monday, January 9th to Sunday, January 15th.
Submit your results to (SUBMIT RESULTS HERE) by 10pm on the Tuesday following the completed week. For example, for the first week (January 9 – 15) you must submit your results before Tuesday, January 17th at 10pm
Submit proof of your effort. Ideally this is a link to gps data from your activity in completing the challenge. For example, you can submit a link to the Strava entry from when you completed the weekly challenge. Alternatively, you can submit a photo of your watch/timer, showing your time for completing the challenge, or a screenshot of some data related to the completion of the challenge. We work on the honor system and we trust that when you submit something other than a gps record, you’re being honest.

You must walk or run the distance indicated for the weekly challenge.
You’ll need to complete the standard challenge in order to qualify for the bonus points for the week.
The minimum amount of points in order to receive a prize is 41 points.
